I love the simplicity and for lack of better words "natural awkwardness" to your work. It is so spare yet conveys so much. It has a sense of "wabi-sabi". ( a Japanese term)Your work also reminds me a bit of Joan Brown's work or perhaps Milton Avery. Very nice!

Very curious... the distinctive poses of each figure really make me wonder what the story is behind this. Though the colors are fairly bright, I get a definite sense of melancholy and isolation from these women. I only wish the image was cleaner/clearer so we could better appreciate the nice, simple colors and forms.
